After a long bull rally of Nifty and Sensex, August saw some consolidation and correction in most of the stocks. Now again Nifty picked the momentum and is heading towards 10,000 mark. 1.Kaveri Seeds Limited (KSCL):
Kaveri Seeds Company Ltd (KSCL) is one of the leading seed manufacturers in India. It has vast experience in seed production of major agricultural crops backed by a very strong in-house R&D program for crops maize, cotton, sun flower, bajra, sorghum,rice and several vegetable crops. Good monsoon in 2017 will also boost the sales and recent buyback also shows the promoters confidence in the company.
This stock has touched level of 700 and then corrected to Rs.530 and now trading at Rs.556.
Target Rs.750-800 Timeframe: 3-6 Months.
2. Shakti Pumps (SHAKTIPUMP):
Shakti Pumps is mainly into manufacturing of Submersible pumps and Solar Pumps. They have captured significant portion of solar pumps and dominating market in the Rajasthan, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh. It is expected to give good quarterly result with improved sales figure YoY basis. On Sept 1, 2016 this stock is trading at Rs. 528.
Target Rs.800-850 Timeframe: 3-6 Months.
3. Chambal Fertiliser (CHAMBLFERT)
Chambal Fertiliser is India’s largest private Urea manufacturer and changing government policies like Direct Benefit Transfer scheme is supposed to benefit this sector. Good monsoon will also drive growth of this sector and companies related to it. Company also pays good dividend and has good return on equity for last 1 year and is expected to continue the same momentum. CMP is Rs.146
Target Rs.250-300 Timeframe: 3-6 Months.
